 That's would have been amazing! Imagine people's reaction!
Though while Samael (who played before Finntroll) were on stage, he was still around the bar and merch and I thought when the fuck is he going to change their clothes and make up?

Oh and as I said up there, I wish I could Amalaith... :( I bet we'd have a great time! ;)

EDIT: same thing as Ärva happened to me, so as I said on the previous page bla bla :)

poor Vreth, he was totally bored! My friends and me were talking to him a bit while Samael was playing and we commented about the lights on the screen behind them: "We're gonna end up epilectic"; the lights were too bright and chaotic. The gig was great although the room acustics is a shit and Alma, I think I saw you but didn't tell you anything because I wasn't sure :?

You saw me?? If you were one of the girls who were talking to him during Samael, yes you probably saw me cause I was standing in front of you (on the right-hand side of the bar). Oh what's a pity!! Next time... ;)
You're totally right! The lights were unbearable! I had to look away all the time cause if I looked at the stage I'd have gone blind or epileptic  I noticed he was bored but I was too shy to talk to him...again next time :)

The lights are becoming unbearable on many metal gigs lately. I have a friend who actually has epilepsy and she has to cover her eyes often now. I don't remember so much of this shit a couple of years ago. Luckily Finntroll didn't have those lights here this time (but they did before, can't remember where, but I think I mentioned it already), but I felt annoyed during Rotting Christ too (and I didn't watch Samael).

How does that bother the people on stage?
One beer to rule them all.
One whiskey to find them.
One vodka to bring them all
and in the drunkness bind them!

I cover my eyes too, I really can't stand it, makes my head go totally crazy, if I don't cover them I'm almost certain I will fall down or so e(and I don't even have epilepsy)

Anyway, the gig yesterday was nice, but the one 3 weeks ago was a lot better.
I seemed like Vreth has lost his voice a bit...
The first song was totally terrible, but that wasn't the band their fault, but the sound technicus.
But I had a nice party :)

Well, I can't remember you, because there were quite a few girls but we were opposite each other, that's for sure! It's a pity that we didn't meet!

Finny gig in Frankfurt was great fun, Batschkapp is something like "home" to me :) . My two friends I wanted to meet could not come due to heavy snowfall. They got stuck with their car and when they got out, it was too late and they returned home :( But still, Nothnegal was great, Rotting Christ was great, Samael was okay and Metsatöll... hm I dont like them too much. The venue was not sold out but okay. I prefer it not too crowded as I like to stand in front of the stage.

Finntroll was cool, though the sound sucked a bit (but it mostly does at Batschkapp). Vreths voice was not very loud, but it could be because I was standing in front of the stage. And every time I see them, (this was my 6th gig I think) I find that some songs just don't sound so cool when played live because of all the unique noises, melodies and whatever makes them so special. But it was fun and I had a great time!!!

This seems to have troubled (or at least been noticed) quite a few audiences during the tour. I was talking to Tundra and Skyrmer about those problems, and they said it was weird because they didn't experience any difficulties with the sound at all.
Still to this day
I can hear the whistle blow
I can smell the sage burn
I may be as old and stubborn as a pine
But I am just as wild as the young.

I dont know, I had the same feeling in Munich, where I did NOT stand in front of the stage. I am very much focssed on vocals anyway but as more people said he was not loud enough, its probably not only my individual impression. 8-). But it was fun and as the tour is finished (at least in Germany) I hope we will see the Trolls again very soon. :)
